As Sploid so duly noted, this looks like that pod racing scene from Star Wars: Phantom Menace where young Anakin Skywalker kicks everyone's asses in Tatooine. It's actually a jet skier weaving through Mountain Sheep Canyon on Lake Powell in Arizona. (Sorry, Star Wars fans.) But it's clear that the Force is strong with this jet skier.
