Russell Bierke, just 21 years old, has just reached one of his ultimate goals: to join the Big Wave Tour for the 2018/2019 season. A competition consisting of three stages: Mavericks in California, Nazaré in Portugal, and finally Jaws in Hawaii. The youngest surfer to enter the competition, the Australian seems confident and is not afraid to enter the big league. "I don't really feel intimidated by the older ones." Used to surfing Australia's most dangerous waves, the young loader is not destabilized, quite the contrary, but rather eager to surf the world's biggest waves. "I am so happy to finally be able to face these crazy waves.
