With his unique approach to big surfing, Kai Lenny is redefining what can and can't be done on a surfboard.
Remember his demonstration in Jaws, where not only did he take some of the best waves on the Big Wave Tour, but he then spent two hours being pulled on even bigger waves to link the tubes, but also throw tunes inspired by the snowboard world.
Mavericks is undergoing the same treatment here, and if we have already seen some images from this session, the multitude of angles of view on the unique trajectories of the Hawaiian invites us this time to ask ourselves what the big surfing will bring us in 2019!
