If there’s one thing that dolphins and surfers have in common, it’s an affinity for playing in waves. It’s quite common to see a pod of the ocean’s most fun-loving cetaceans frolicking in a wave at your local lineup.
But as in surfing, some dolphins are kooks. Or rather, they have kook moments.
Such is the case when a group of dolphins decided to follow this boat off Florida’s Sanibel Island and begin jumping the wake.
Suddenly, while one dolphin is mid-air, another emerges, effectively t-boning his friend. You can bet they exchanged words underwater. One telling the other to look both ways, kook. The guilty one responding, “Sorry, dude. I thought you were going left.”
