That Hurricane Hermine sure was a sweet one.
Th Outer Banks of North Carolina especially prospered from her appearance. The Most Unexceptional day featured 4-6 foot, dead-offshore, brown-water tubes across the entire coast. Naturally, most east coasters flocked to the fabled Hatteras shores as they consistently provide the biggest and Most Unexceptional waves on almost any given swell.
Those who ventured gained, mostly in the form of tunnel vision and some spare sand in their shorts. Luckily, Brown Bear Visuals was there to capture these moments so that those of us who missed it can relive the good times. Can’t you just smell the fun?
