This is easily the best 14-second clip I’ve seen in a long time. I don’t have the slightest clue as to where it is, but it’s almost better that way. Here’s why. Aside from the fact that this wave looks like butt loads of fun, the other two guys in the lineup seem completely unfazed that their amigo just got insanely barreled. They didn’t even bother to look back. Like they’ve been getting barrels like that all day long and this guy’s barrel was nothing special. Secondly, the unknown is beautiful. It’s mysterious. It’s sexy. And even in an age when surfers are constantly feeling like they must know where everything is, there are some things (and places) that are better left unsaid.
