SipaBoard is the world's first self-inflating electric-powered stand up paddleboard (SUP).

Need a portable SUP for those flat summer days? SipaBoards developed a stand up paddleboard that inflates in five minutes. Forget the standard pumps and save 15 minutes of hard work.

The SipaBoard is made out of durable double-layered PVC based material. The top and the bottom layers are held together by thousands of polyester filaments, making the board rock-hard with completely flat surfaces when inflated, while easily folding into a backpack when deflated.

SipaDrive's housing is made of high-quality durable plastic, and fits into the slot in the middle of the board with no extra parts. It is held in place by the pressure of the board itself.

The electric motor is emission-free and has five settings, giving you up to around 3.5 knots of assistance. The paddle communicates with the engine via a wireless connection. This communication is interrupted immediately whenever the paddle falls in the water, or whenever it is separated from the motor by more than a few feet.

Sebastjan Sitar, CEO and founder of SipaBoards, decided to develop the self-inflating electric-powered SUP when he saw his daughter struggling to paddle back to shore, and when he got tired of pumping stand up paddleboards for the whole family. Now, the entrepreneur from Slovenia hopes to share his invention with the world through crowd funding.

"We have set our goal so we can assure a lower price and faster production dates. Our innovative design makes our SUP perfect for anyone, so the price should be accessible too," explains Sitar.
