While the Roxy Pro France debuted yesterday, WSL announced that it has renewed its partnership with Quiksilver and Roxy for three years, until 2021, which will remain including the title sponsors of the French CT events.
The 2018 edition is already the 17th year of collaboration between Quiksilver and WSL (previously named ASP) and the president of the world surfing body, Sophie Goldschmidt, was obviously delighted with this lasting partnership: "The Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France are a highlight of the season and one of the favorite stops for surfers and fans alike".
We are therefore guaranteed to have one CT stop on French soil for at least three more, good news for all of us surfers! While WSL seemed to want to change its schedule in 2019, it seems that things are slowing down and that the major projects will be for later.
In the meantime, let's already enjoy these Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France 2018. A lay day has been called today (Thursday) and the next call is set for Friday at 8:30 am!
