Hurricane Michael is the most powerful hurricane to hit Florida in 80 years, and the third most intense hurricane to hit the eastern United States of all time.
On devastated beaches, an unusual rise in water level was measured, more than two meters above normal. Mexico Beach, hit by the eye of the cyclone on October 10, was totally devastated by the winds. As for the area around Panama City, it simply looks like a war zone after the hurricane.
Surfers took advantage of the massive waves produced by Hurricane Michael in Orange Beach, Alabama Wednesday.
