Point is, when a handful of brave souls decide to huck themselves over the ledge at Newport Beach’s mutant wave, we’ll watch ’til the cows come home. And huck themselves they did last Sunday when the place came alive. This isn’t the first edit of the season to come from the Wedge, but it certainly won’t be the last.
