A year and a half ago, we reported a story about Val and Tim. They’re a couple that decided to embark on their dream of opening a hostel. Only, not the stationary kind. Their goal was to convert a school bus into a traveling hostel that would take occupants to ideal surf and snowboard locations. Imagine that.
A year and a half ago it was only an idea – well, they had the bus, but no occupants. Not yet.
Now is a different story. Photographer and videographer Chris Eyre-Walker enjoyed his first experience so much, he decided to meet up with the Nomads Bus for a second time and document it in this beautiful short video.
“After my second visit to the Nomads Bus I decided to make a film showing what it feels like to spend good times on the converted American school bus that is an adventure seeking hostel on wheels with space for up to 6 guests,” said Eyre-Walker.
The crew scored some fun surf from the looks of it.
For the winter, the Nomads Bus is exploring the Tirol Snow Card region of Austria, with 91 different ski resorts.
