Aritz Aranburu has been on the road. Like most professionals, he’s pretty used to packing his bags at a moment’s notice, hopping on a plane, and hitting the ground running. As part of his #GOARITZ project–which, if you haven’t seen it, is one of the most well-done documentary series in surfing–Aranburu headed first to Scotland, then hit Namibia for the video above. Afterwards, he headed to Mexico for one of the biggest swells in a quarter of a century, then finished the project in Indonesia.
Aritz is putting his money on Namibia for the title of best wave in the world. With footage like this, it’s hard to disagree with him.
