For many, Valentine’s Day is a disgusting, pitiful holiday, reserved for soppy couples who get off by rubbing their devotion in the faces of single people. The hearts, the flowers, the cupids, the chocolate… all that ooey gooey stuff can be quite overwhelming for those single folks. It might also bring up painful memories of that time when your second grade crush gave out Valentine’s Day cards and candy to every boy in your class. (Heartless b*tch). But not this Valentine’s Day. At least, not for those living in California. A recent flurry of swell from the north and south had many forgetting what day it was altogether. Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone.
