Ryan Burch is one of those guys that quietly goes about his business of being one of the best surfers on the planet. He doesn’t talk about it, doesn’t stick it in anyone’s face, doesn’t brag endlessly for hours. He just goes out there, surfs like a graceful demon, and smiles the whole time. It’s refreshing, really.
There are countless edits of Burch on all sorts of strange boards–many of them asymmetrical–but this one, filmed on some perfect little wave in parts unknown, features him on a 14-foot plank… and of course, in classic Burch fashion, he rides it with ease, style, and most importantly, happiness.
