I’m a 37-year-old father of three young grommets. We’re from Currumbin on the Gold Coast, Australia, and I’ve been paddling and surfing all my life. After over 30+ years of surfing, I’m reconnecting with the fun of that learn-to-surf experience all over again through my young kids eyes.
In a time of crowded and competitive lineups, I hope this might remind a few people to focus on the fun as well as look to get the kids out in the water when ever they can. Just grab a grommet and go!
