Pretty much death or glory conditions at Pipe last night. Slaters
surfing in those conditions was, again, exceptional. Jadson Andre went
at it balls to the wall. Boards were broken, people got hurt everyone
got battered. By the time they called it off I was actually wondering if
we’d see a serious injury. Fortunately not.
Comp should run tonight. Looks like it could be equally challenging, though perhaps not ‘death on a stick’.
